Born in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico, he studied architecture at the UniversidadÌýAutónomaÌýde Baja California (UABC) and earned a second bachelor’s degree from Woodbury University in 2005, a binational academic pathÌýthatÌýreflectsÌýhis interest in cross-border urbanism.Ìý
